Join Robert Dann for an amazing morning or afternoon 3 hour cultural experience. Robert shares a small slice of 40,000 years of Nyul Nyul culture offering a rare insight to local Aboriginal history and his own lived experiences.

Beagle Bay Mission and community was established by Trappist Monks around the 1890’s, on Nyul-Nyul country. Beneath the gleaming white exterior and spectacular pearl shell inlay altar, lays a sometimes dark and sad history. Hear the full story of Beagle Bay Mission and the proud Nyul Nyul culture of the Dampier Peninsula.

Get ‘hands on’ with traditional Nyul Nyul artifacts, learn about local bushfoods and medicine plants, body painting with local natural ochres and enjoy a private didgeridoo performance. A unique tour experience designed for people of all ages that is both fun and incredibly informative.
